Karen qualified in 1999 with an MSc in Rehabilitation Science from Glasgow Caledonian University. Prior to this she completed a BSc in Sports Science and Music at Surrey University. Karen has extensive experience within many aspects of physiotherapy and sports injuries having worked within the NHS, (Glasgow Royal and Victoria Hospitals), Private Health Sector, (Rosshall and various private clinics), and has been involved within sports at both an Amateur and Professional level, (St Mirren FC, SFA). Karen has specialised in musculoskeletal disorders for 23 years. Karens interests and expertise lie within Sports Injuries, Orthopaedics, Whiplash Associated Disorders, Postural Dysfunctions, Spinal and Peripheral Joint Injuries. Karen has always participated in sports, some to a high level: Netball, rugby, hockey, rowing, swimming, boxing and road running to name a few. Over the years, Karen has established a large network of Orthopaedic Consultants and other Health Professionals to ensure that treatment and the patient journey is always thorough and professional. Karen keeps up to date with her CPD and has attended various courses including: McKenzie, APPI Pilates, Myofacial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, Spinal Manipulations, Thomson Therapy, Acupuncture and FDN, KT Taping and Mulligan Concept.

Lynn graduated in 1996 from Glasgow Caledonian University. She has extensive experience within many aspects of physiotherapy having spent many years within the NHS. She has specialised in musculoskeletal conditions for 26 years. Lynn currently works as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner in orthopaedics within the NHS. She also manages a team of Physiotherapy Specialists within the NHS in Glasgow and works in private practice. Lynn has a vast knowledge of the criteria for many orthopaedic surgeries and the post operative rehabilitation required. Lynn has a keen interest in shoulder rehabilitation and traumatic knee injuries and works closely with Consultants within these areas. Lynn has always been involved in sports, both playing to a high level and working with local and national teams.

Padraic qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2016 with a MSc in physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University. Prior to this he completed a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University College Cork. He also qualified as a personal trainer when living in Ireland in 2013. Padraic has worked for the NHS for the past 5 years as a specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and is about to start a trainee Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner role. He has also worked with high level athletes and rugby teams. He has a special interest in rehab. Outside of work Padraic has competed internationally in rowing for Ireland. He has also competed in many sports such as rugby, hurling, basketball and Gaelic football. He is currently enjoying barbell training and has a power lifting total approximately equal to one Eddie Hall deadlift.

Hi my name is Lauren. I graduated from Robert Gordon University with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2018. Since then I have worked in many different areas and specialities within the NHS and private settings. I also have experience working with athletes, being the principal physio for an amateur football team. I have completed many physiotherapy courses but my interest and specilaity lies within rehabilitation and core strengthening. I have completed the Matwork Level 1 Pilates course and I am due to sit the Level 2. I enjoy all aspects of health and fitness and I keep myself fit by attending the gym, hill walking and travelling.

She has worked in multiple sports settings for teams and professionals over the years as well as experience in a very busy neuromusculoskeletal and orthopaedics private practice in SA. She has a special interest in sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain. Caitlin believes that any healing requires a focus on the body as a whole. By utilising the neuro biopsychosocial model of care, she takes into account that your mental, emotional, social and physical well being are all interconnected and influence your overall healing. She takes care to provide an individualised approach to treatment and ensures that she does not only offer short term symptom relief but aims to solve the root cause in order to provide long term recovery and inspires clients to reach their highest potential of health and wellness. Caitlin will empower you to take control of your healing through education, exercise intervention and lifestyle modification, in addition to manual therapy techniques. Caitlin is also trained in Dry Needling Level 1 and 2, Comprehensive Taping Solutions and is a qualified yoga instructor.

Gemma is currently working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist within the cystic fibrosis team specialising in their MSK issues. Gemma has worked with Basketball Scotland at the European championships being the principal physiotherapist for their youth teams. She has completed many physiotherapy courses but her interest and specilaity lies within rehabilitation. Outside of work, Gemma is a keen gym goer and loves travelling to new places.

Connor currently works as an Outpatients Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Connor also works part-time with University of Stirling Football as a pitch side physiotherapist and has experience treating athletes on and off the field. Although Connor has a passion for sport, he has experience treating all types of patients throughout his work.
